Window 7 မွာ Backup and Restore ျပဳလုပ္နည္း

 
Thumana Yaw : ဦးပဇင္းက C: drive ဘက္မွာ စိတ္ၾကိဳက္ window ႏွင့္ application ေတြ တင္ထားပါတယ္၊ System ကလဲ အေကာင္းဆံုး အေနအထားမွာ ရွိပါတယ္၊ အဲဒီ အေနအထားေလး ပ်က္သြားမွာစိုးလို႔ C: drive တစ္ခုလံုးကို image ဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ backup ဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ လုပ္ျပီး၊ window တစ္ခုခုျဖစ္ရင္ ေနာက္ထပ္ အသစ္မတင္ေတာ့ပဲ Restore ျပန္လုပ္ခ်င္တာ၊ အဲဒါ image သို႔မဟုတ္ backup လုပ္နည္းႏွင့္ Restore ျပန္လုပ္နည္းကို သိခ်င္ပါတယ္၊ အပန္းမၾကီးရင္ အခ်ိန္ရတဲ့အခါ တင္ေပးေစခ်င္ပါတယ္၊ ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္၊ လိုအင္ဆႏၵ ျပည့္ဝပါေစ။
တင္ပါ့ဘုရား ... မူရင္းအတိုင္းတင္ေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္ဘုရား...  ဒါေလးကေတာ့  Creating System Repair Disc တစ္ခုဖန္တီးယူတဲ႔ နည္းလမ္းေလးပါ.... DVD အေခြလြတ္တစ္ခ်ပ္ထဲမွာ 
System Repair Disc အျဖစ္ Data ေတြကို သိမ္းထားႏိုင္ပါတယ္... အေၾကာင္းအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေၾကာင့္ မိမိစက္ Window မတတ္ႏိုင္တာမ်ိဳးေတြကို ရွိခဲ့ရင္ အဲ့ဒီ DVD နဲ႔ System Repair လုပ္ႏိုင္သလို Restore ပါျပန္လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္...။

အကယ္၍ မိမိ စက္မွာ CD/DVD Drive မပါခဲ့ရင္ နံပါတ္ (၁) က ပံုမွာ အေပၚက Create a system image ကိုႏွိပ္ျပီး D,F,G Partition တစ္ခုခုထဲမွာ System Image ဖိုင္လ္အျဖစ္ Back Up လုပ္ယူ သိမ္းထားႏိုင္ပါတယ္... မိမိ သိမ္ထားမဲ့ Partition မွာ Data အနည္း အမ်ားေပၚမူတည္ျပီး Space လံုလံုေလာက္ေလာက္ရွိဖို႔ လိုအပ္မွာပါ...

ပံုေလးေတြနဲ႔ ရိုးရွင္းစြာ ရွင္းျပထားတာမို႔ အဆင္ေျပမယ္လို႔ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ပါတယ္...။

ေအာက္မွာေဖၚျပထားတဲ႔ နည္းလမ္းနဲ႔ အဆင္မေျပခဲ့ရင္ Backup and Restore ျပဳလုပ္နည္းကို ဒီေနရာမွာ ပံုေလးေတြနဲ႔ တဆင့္ခ်င္းရွင္းျပထားတာကို ဆက္လက္ ေလ့လာႏိုင္ပါတယ္....။

Creating a system repair disc

Follow these steps to create a system image:
  1. Click Start , and then click Control Panel .
  2. Under System and Security , click Back up your computer .
    The Backup and Restore Center opens.
  3. Click Create a system repair disc .

  4. Select a CD/DVD drive and insert a blank disc into the drive. Then click Create disc .

    Windows begins creating the repair disc.

  5. When the repair disc is complete, click Close . Then label your disc with the following information:
    Repair disc Windows 7 64-bit

  6. Store the system repair disc in a safe place.
ဒါကေတာ့ CD/DVD Drive မပါတဲ႔ စက္ေတြမွာ စက္ထဲက Partition တစ္ခုခုမွာပဲ System Image ဖိုင္လ္ကို ဖန္တီးတာပါ...။

Creating a system image


Follow these steps to create a system image:
  1. Click Start , and then click Control Panel .
  2. Under System and Security , click Back up your computer .
    The Backup and Restore Center opens.
  3. Click Create a system image .

    Windows looks for available backup devices, such as a hard drive, DVD burning drive, or network drive.
  4. Choose the location to save your system image, and then click Next .


    • On a hard disk


    • One or more DVDs


    • On a network location
    WARNING:Do not save the backup to the recovery partition: FACTORY_IMAGE or Recovery . Doing so corrupts the HP Recovery information.
  5. Confirm the settings, and then click Start backup .
    NOTE:Make sure that you have enough blank space on the external drive or enough blank DVDs to create the system image.

  6. Windows prepares to create the system image.

  7. If you are backing up to DVD, label and insert a blank DVD in the DVD recorder.

  8. If you are backing up to DVD and a message displays requesting to format the DVD, choose to format the DVD.

  9. Windows saves the system image.

  10. If using DVDs, when prompted, label and insert a blank DVD. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions until the image is complete. This might take from several minutes to several hours. Store the backup in a safe place.
